2014年10月6〜9日に奈良で開催されます国際会議IEEE SRDS 2014の
Ph.Dフォーラムの論文を募集させて頂きます。

締切は6月30日で、IEEEフォーマット2ページのアブストラクトでの投稿とハー
ドルが低めですので、博士課程在学中の学生さんからの積極的な投稿をお待
ちしております。

The 33rd IEEE Symposium on Reliable Distributed Systems
                    (SRDS 2014)
            Nara, Japan, October 6-9, 2014

The 33rd IEEE Symposium on Reliable Distributed Systems (SRDS 2014)
plans to hold a Ph.D student forum.

This forum at SRDS provides an opportunity for Ph.D students working
in the area of reliable distributed systems to present their
research progress to a renowned audience of researchers and to
receive live high-quality feedback and exchange their ideas.  Ph.D
students who are interested in the forum are encouraged to submit
their original papers (extended abstracts).

The topics of the forum include those of the SRDS conference.  To
encourage interaction between Ph.D students and researchers from
academia and industry, the forum will be organized both as a plenary
short presentation session and a poster session during the
reception.

Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE proceedings and the
IEEE digital library.

Submission Guidelines: 
x No longer than 2 pages in IEEE two-column format 
x The paper should state
   - The problem domain and statement
   - The main challenges identified
   - The envisioned or devised approach 

How to submit:
All papers must be submitted in the PDF format via e-mail to
srds2014-phd-forum [at] nishio-mail.ise.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp

Important dates:
x Paper submission: June 30, 2014 (5 p.m. PDT)
x Notification: July 10, 2014
x Camera-ready: July 20, 2014 (5 p.m. PDT)
